Truck Wash Team Member Job Description



Starting pay is $11/hour, with opportunity to increase every 3 months upon positive evaluation.

  • Drive Work Van to Mobile Truck Wash Locations
  • Complete Digital Time Sheets and Work Orders using a Tablet
  • Work w/ Machines to Power Wash Trucks
  • Detailed Washing with Brushes
  • Work w/ Truck Washing Chemicals


  • No Experience Needed – Just Hard Work & a Great Attitude
  • Must Work Well on a Team
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Legal to Work in the US
  • Must pass drug test & maintain drug free workplace

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • Must maintain a drug free workplace
  • Must be able to work in variable temperatures outdoors (below freezing to over 100 degrees)
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, humidity, direct sunlight, etc) in various geographical locations
  • Must be able to lift & carry 50+ pounds regularly unassisted
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop while performing work
  • Must be able to climb into and out of equipment (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, etc)
  • Must be able to operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery
  • Must be able to work using repetitive motion with hands, wrists, arms, feet, head, and shoulders
  • Must be able to work in congested and remote areas
  • Must be able to work while standing/walking for several hours at a time
  • Must be able to efficiently work independently and also as part of a team without supervision

**Hours and schedules are determined by management & primarily based on client locations and availability.
